At Simonsgroup Tax Advisory, we use text messaging to respond to the people who reach out to us. We do not run marketing text campaigns, and we do not text anyone who has not asked to hear from us first.
This page brings together the two documents that govern our SMS program, so you know exactly what to expect before you request a text from our office.
How Our Texting Works
We send a message only when someone verbally requests one during a call, submits an inquiry asking for a text reply, or texts us first. Each message is transactional — an intake form link, a secure portal link, appointment details, or a direct reply to your question. Message frequency is typically one text per inquiry, and we never send recurring or scheduled messages.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP to reach our office directly.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Our SMS Terms and Conditions explain who can receive messages from us, how consent works, message frequency, fees, and how to opt in or out.

Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through calls, forms, and text messages, how we use it, and how we protect it. It also confirms that mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
