Simonsgroup Tax Advisory ("Simonsgroup," "we," "us") sends text messages to individuals who contact our office and request information by text. Messages are transactional and informational: a link to our intake form, a link to our secure client portal, appointment-related information, or replies to your inquiries.
We do not send marketing or promotional text campaigns through this program.
2 Consent
You consent to receive a text from us when you:
- Verbally request one during a call with our office
- Submit an inquiry that asks for a text response
- Text us first
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and is typically one message per inquiry or call. We do not send recurring scheduled messages.
4 Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Simonsgroup does not charge for text messages.
5 Opt Out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.
